We recently had the pleasure again of working with 3D Concept for our home's glazing (in this particular case, door) needs, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It was our second time, working with this amazing company. The first time, they delivered new windows and doors for the whole house we bought at that time. They have done a super job. This time, they proved me again, that you don’t need a big company to do excellent and professional work. We hired them for a second time and from the initial consultation ( Serge Pinto, who’s very friendly, competent and understanding) to the final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The consultation process was smooth and efficient, and Mr. Pinto took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences. He provided us with detailed information about the available options, and helped us make an informed decision that was best suited for our door situation in the kitchen. The installation process was equally impressive. Their team arrived on time, and completed the job with great care and attention to detail. They were respectful of my property and left the worksite clean and tidy. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of the door and materials they provided, and their workmanship was top-notch. We have already received numerous compliments on my new door form family members, and we are thrilled with the end result. Overall, I highly recommend 3D Concept for all your glazing an door needs. Found 3D Concept by chance when researching the cost of an extensive upgrade of windows to triple glazing throughout an apartment under renovation. I’m very glad I did. The price quoted was significantly more competitive than any other I received. And when it came time to execute and install, 3D Concept were literally the only one of the half-dozen different partner companies across the various trades I used (electricians, kitchen specialists, masons, plumbers, painters, roofers, etc.) to respect their deadline commitment. The owner Serge Pinto has a genuine, old-school customer service ethic. He is professional, flexible and attentive. Always ready to offer advice and genuinely interested in the client’s satisfaction. Better still, he actually answers his phone and/or calls back promptly - which is sadly becoming rarer and rarer these days. An outstanding company that I recommend 100%.

We first used used 3D Concept Services to replace our garage door which had been vandalised and the service they provided from the moment we contacted them to the complete installation of the door was great. We were so satisfied with their work that we decided to use them again to have our internal doors/door frames changed and our roller shutters motorised. This took some time due to the lack of raw materials but we eventually got all the jobs done in a professional manner and with courteous workers. We would not hesitate to recommend them for their services and we are happy with the products they installed in our home.
