I recently got a screen fixed here, They were Complicated to work with. Once they started the work they were done within one day, which was great but when I picked up the screen it was very loose and not put together well. They proceeded to tell me once I got the screen in the window frame that it would tighten up which was just a way to cover up the bad repairs. I would NOT recommend getting screens fixed here.

I cannot speak about their quality of work because we didn’t even get that far- the receptionist was so rude and condescending when I called we will not be doing business with them, which is unfortunate because we heard good things about them. Being spoken to like that is not a good first impression for a business.

We had a patio door that's been bothering us for years as it would struggle to open and close. The staff here showed us the problem (the wheels) and only charged us $10 to reverse the top wheels with the bottom wheels. Now the patio door slides open and closed like a hockey puck on ice
