Balzac Paris

I have been traveling Euro for the past 20 day, and been staying here twice already while I was in Paris. I really like this place and thas why I came back. The ambience ,the design, and location are really homey. Breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the french toast. I am giving it a 3 stars now because I believe there are rooms for improvements and would like to come back again. First of all, when I first arrived, the check in was talking too long, we waited 40 mins, and the drinking glasses were quite dirty in the room. The biggest issue I had was the laundry services. They only have it from Monday to Saturday and i left them on a Sunday morning. They told me even they receive the laundry on Monday morning, I still can't them back the same day. However i really need them for Monday night and I spoke with Santiago who was the manager on duty on a Monday morning, and he managed to help. Looking forward for a more welll managed and better services next time. Hopefully can give a 5 stars next time.

I ordered a sweatshirt and a scrunchie, but only the sweatshirt was in the package. I contacted customer service, and they asked me to take a photo and handwrite a statement confirming that the scrunchie was missing. I did that — but then they asked me to send a copy of my ID, which I found very strange and unnecessary. When I asked why, they said it was to prevent fraud, but honestly, it felt like they just didn’t trust me. If they don’t trust me, why should I trust them to handle my personal data safely? I refused to send my ID, and in the end, I got neither a refund nor the missing product. I’ve ordered from this shop several times and was always happy — but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. Very disappointed.

Terrible experience. I received my order quickly but the shoes I ordered were too small so I sent them back. Now, after 5 or 6 emails asking them when I will receive my money back (I have proof of my return), nobody answers and I am waiting for 360 Euros for almost 4 weeks now. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the large amount of bad reviews on Trust Pilot regarding the same issue. This company is not reputable. I will now search for legal advise and will never ever order from them again. Update: I indeed got refunded yesterday. Unfortunately no apology. Just here I receive an apology. So disappointed ☹️

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Balzac Paris due to its unprofessionalism and bad bad bad customer service. After spotting a great design on their website, I made the effort to visit the store, expecting a simple try-on. What I encountered instead was a stark example of how not to treat customers. The staff, particularly two sales associates, were dismissive and rude when I asked about the item. Despite the website clearly stating the item was available in-store, they rudely insisted it was online-only. Their attitude was appalling; after throwing me the answer, they moved on and ignored me like i didn't even exist. The two girls didn't bother to offer any assistance, suggest alternatives, or find a solution. They just didn't care at all @@. For a boutique brand, this level of service is unacceptable. The staff's laziness and unprofessional attitude not only wasted my time but also completely turned me off from ever returning. It's clear that Balzac doesn't value its customers or understand the basics of customer service.

First order no problem. Second order a disaster… i have ordered in October, wanted to try the 3x payment and now began the trouble… have to wait 2 months to get 2/3 of my order and several email with first logistic problems with nothing solve and last email with also logistic problem unresolved. Hopefully there are many brands in Paris and eco fashion as well

I placed an order on May 7th, today is June 4th and I am still waiting for the bag. The shipping service is really unreliable and not recommended, they claimed to have attempted to deliver and I can confirm that it was not the case, I have camera surveillance 24/7. I have been requesting a refund for weeks and the answer I get is that the bag has not arrived back to them and they are unable to refund until then. They don't to give me a date or timeline which is unacceptable, this shows that they do not care for their "customers" after they have the money. Don't waste your time and money with this brand.
