My daughter and I stopped in the store during our visit to Paris, to buy a jersey for my son and a jacket for my husband. The man who helped us was so kind, and took a lot of time with us to make sure we had the correct jersey for my son (Kante!) and a jacket in the correct size for my husband. We had such a nice conversation with him, and I didn't even look in the sack until we were packing to go home a week later. He had put some extra goodies in there for my guys, who are big football fans, and play and coach! I was so touched, and I wish he could know how happy they are with their gifts. What a lovely experience!

I ordered a medium-sized home jersey with the World Cup badge from their website 5 days ago. The only reason I ordered it from there was because I wanted it quickly as the France-Germany game was only a few days away, and the website had 1-2 day delivery option. I thought, "Great, I'll have my jersey in time for the match!". It's been 5 days now, and not only has the jersey not arrived, but it also hasn't even shipped. When I go to check the status of my order on the website, it says the status is "Fully Billed". It has been like this for the past 5 days. This store is really good at charging your credit card, but falls short at delivery the product you order. Perhaps worst of all, there is no customer service phone number or email to write to, so I am reduced to having to complain here in hopes of getting a response. There's no way the jersey is going to arrive for the next match, maybe not even the match after that. I was foolish to have placed this order believing it would arrive in 1-2 days, and regret my decision of having ordered from here.

Really great service. Super nice staff. Great products, though could have offered more Nike gear. Definitely way more to choose from than the actual Nike store on the Champs Élysées, but was missing a few of the things available online. Super happy we found this place before the game!

While visiting France last month we have purchased a soccer ball for our boys back in Canada as a souvenir. Unfortunately the ball barely lasted us a month( photo of failed stitching is attached below) even though boys are little ( aged 5 and 9) and naturally cannot even kick it that hard yet.

I would like to thank whomever manages their website for keeping it so up-to-date as to not note that the store is closed on Mondays. My son was so disappointed and I was more than irritated that we wasted and hour and a half of our day to get to the store today, only to find it closed. By the way, I just checked on-line and it notes that the store will be closing soon (19:00) . . . what a waste.
