You find anything you need, but there eis no inernet connection nor network. Becoming difficult to communicate if you shop for others or you research a product a d need to provide further description or translate it. It would be great to have an inner WiFi available for all customers while visiting the shop and shopping around.

Do it yourself indeed. The store is well organized. I was able to find the necessary tools needed to start my do it yourself project. What I like also, is the ease of going to the Garden shop. I was able to load up on plants and things needed to test my green thumb out...again. They offer a card for a small annual fee that allows a 5%/10% savings. I'll definitely be returning.

Rude personel. I asked for a panneau and they didn't want to sell me one because it's not applicable to my use case. My case was i modifying my house. I insisted i want one. The answer was still no.

Store it self is good, has good selection and some employees are helpful. However, I had an extremely disappointing experience with an employee at the self-checkout section of Castorama. She demonstrated a shocking lack of understanding and professionalism. I had an item with me that I had purchased earlier from a different store, and she insisted on seeing a receipt for it. When I showed her the invoice online, she seemed completely incapable of understanding it.

Great department store, large selection - just don't ask the staff where to find a certain selection of products. All you will receive is a sarcastic answer of "it's in the store" followed by laughter from by standing staff members not doing much themselves.
