I am very pleased with both the quality and ease of fitting of the windows. The delivery time was excellent and being English, to be able to talk to the team in English helped me tremendously. The first 2 windows were a test on quality and of coarse value for money, I now have no hesitation in ordering the remaining windows and doors for my house refurbishment.

A very helpful, incredibly professional, friendly and responsive individual who it was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first communication right up to the delivery of the windows and some minor post delivery technical questions. I don't recommend. My order took 2 months to arrive and then was incorrectly manufactured. The customer service to rectify the problem is poor. They expect me to pay the installer extra money to fix their mistake. The quality is good, but the service is bad.

7 menuiseries portes et fenêtres triple vitrage, pvc /alu commandées, vraiment bluffé par la qualité des produits. D'autre part une toute petite malfaçon du vitrage, et un vitrage entier m'a été retourné je recommande chaudement sans jeu de mots...
