Leroy Merlin Bouliac - Bordeaux

I have had a terrible experience here, with a mower I bought and paid 350 Euros for. it was the Leroy Merlin store brand, with a Briggs and Stratton motor. I used the mower for literally six hours, mowing my house once, and then mowing it again several weeks later. In the middle of mowing, it turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I took it in and asked for a refund, and was told I was using fuel that had gone off. I had ONLY used the special fuel with preservative sold at Leroy Merlin, and the motor oil at Leroy Merlin. The unhelpful employee was convinced it was bad fuel, and it was sent in for repair. I USED THE SAME FUEL IN ANOTHER MOWER AND IT WORKED FINE. After FOUR WEEKS, they told me it was the carburetor, which had condensation in it, and wanted 87 euros to repair it. They said it would be a week. There is no way the carburetor got condensation in it WHILE I WAS USING IT. I went in today, as it has now been 4 weeks, and was told that there is a TWO MONTH wait period for repairs. I will have been out of a mower, in Springtime, for 3 months. Absolutely unacceptable. If you need to buy an expensive machine or appliance, I must recommend you get it somewhere else and avoid Leroy Merlin. The worst customer service experience I have had in France. UPDATE: haha nice response, Leroy Merlin. More proof your customer service is terrible. I was using your special fuel you sell at your store for the mower. Why do you and your representatives have to blame it on me? You can see with my loyalty account that I have purchased multiple bottles of fuel with stabilizer. Why can't you just say that perhaps it's a problem with the mower? I paid an extra 87 euros to repair it. I only used your special fuel with stabilizer. I only used it about 6 hours. I will keep my expectations low with your company when it comes to service. I added a picture of the fuel that I bought.
