I want to start be saying all the staff were super nice, helpful and friendly. So these stars are all for them. I was collecting an order that had been placed and paid for online. To collect you order you have to make an appointment. This is supposedly to mean your order is prepared and ready to collect. Without this appointment you will not be able to collect your order. So we arrived 10 mins early, parked up in the bays, checked in and were told to wait. 30 mins later part of our orde came out. I asked about missing items and was told to go back into reception. They taped the order number back in and told us to wait outside again! We waited another 15mins. The concept of programmed collection is great, it just wasn't working.

We ordered a shower costing £1000 and paid for delivery, they dropped off the heavy glass panels off by the front door and ran away, before they could be asked to put them inside by the bathroom. My wife was alone and all she could do was to cover the cartons up with tarpaulin in case it rained. This is appalling service. I will contact the store and ask them for a refund.

We'd never been to this place before, and even with in car navigation we found it very difficult to find. When we eventually got there after being lost in very hectic traffic twice! we were stressed. Would not go again. I,LL order on line and have a home delivery.
