Natacha est une étoile, merci pour tout! Upon revisiting this store I'm revising my review down unfortunately. Aside Natacha (who wasn't here this time) the rest of the plumbing staff are extremely unhelpful and quite rude. I experienced this last time but Natacha appeared and resolved my issue in the end. Not this time unfortunately. I've now dealt with 5 staff from that department and 4 have been unpleasant to interact with.

One of the best home improvement stores in France. They have almost everything you need. I live the way the items are categorized and well-placed in their own sections. Staff are approachable, friendly, polite, and can speak English. The place itself is massive and have lots of available merchandise and products. The prices are even lower than their counterparts. Worth the visit!
