Excellent service by Teddy when buying a new ride on mower. However the free van offered by Leroy Merlin [for their convenience to save them delivering] ended up in 40 mins of argument when they demanded payment of 47e when we returned. Not what I expect from Leroy Merlin, we travel a long way to buy from them instead of closer suppliers. It was absolutely clear on the paperwork the use of the van was free. Despite agreeing we were correct there was no apology. I always recommend Leroy Merlin because usually such excellent customer service and been a customer of many years.

What a place! Imagine B&Q in England but with staff who are really interested in helping you and a store so clean and bright with great displays it makes DIY sexy! It is enormous! There is a shop which is huge and a materials area where you can drive in and pick up bags of cement and blocks etc. We bought 2m3 of ballast and a m3 of sand and had it delivered. Delivery driver was the best! Made sure goods were exactly where we wanted them and extremely polite and on time! UK DIY stores could learn a lesson from these guys. 5 star service!

When you puck up please make sure you have ALL what you ordered. I didn't and didn't realise till I got home. Too late to do anything about it. Other wise it's a good friendly place and helpful
