We have not used Precision Garage Door service in the past but they now will be our go-to provider. Service Tech Patrick Rough was professional, courteous and very helpful. He did a fantastic job for us explaining every step. We highly recommend Precision and we usually don’t do this.

I am so disappointed at our experience with precision. We have had friends use this company and had zero complaints. And we were very pleased with how fast they were able to come look at our garage door. If you need a repair, these are the guys. The problems started when we ordered the door. We recieved the invoice and paid the bill. That was the last communication I recieved from them. All other communication occured after I called all the numbers I could find and left messages and told they would have someone call me. Finally I had to start calling the 888 number to get any answers. All they would say is "I am sorry this was your experience." And "we are sorry for the inconvenience" but then would continue to not communicate and never tried to make it up to us. We are over 5 weeks out from when we placed the order and were told it would be 2 to 4. Again, if there had been more communication and honesty upfront and during, this would not be a negative review. When you pay 6k+ for doors, you want to know when they will arrive.

My technician was very knowledgeable and experienced. He diagnosed the problem with my garage door, completed a safety check and efficiently replaced the parts, with high quality parts. Sealed roller bearings, coated springs that don’t require lubing, and coated bottom roller brackets that won’t rust in our MN winters. The price for the work was reasonable, and with a lifetime warranty. I will definitely use them again!

When the garage door clunks, cable rusts and snaps, and the contraption totally craps out, it’s a sad reality. I needed a new door, and Precision came quickly and assessed and installed a whole new door within a short time. They did a quick temporary fix and then the complete new system a week later. The new door looks good, is very quiet, and should take me to the sunset.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Twin Cities!! First time customer here and from the very first phone call I was very impressed! I had options for service same day next day and the following day. I was not expecting to have options on a weekend but I got them. Everything happened as I was informed it would. Adam notified us when he was on his way to our property and gave an ETA! Adam arrived a few minutes earlier than he estimated. He performed all services thoroughly and within the 2-hour time frame that was estimated. I was very satisfied with the assessment of our garage door systems, the detail of photos taken, and most importantly that there was no pressure to do any upgrades or suggested replacements. Adam did a great job to share the information about each component and likelihood of how long each would tend to last if not replaced. I am very happy with the speed of service, the quality of the replacement parts, and feel that we got our monies worth! Adam has perfect customer service skills, friendly, polite, and efficient. I was impressed at how quickly he collected all trash and how respectful he was to our cramped garage. Very respectful of property and time. It was a pleasure doing business with PGDTC!!

I was able to schedule service for the same day. Gregg was very professional and friendly and completed the work timely and neatly. We decided to get a new opener installed in addition to the new spring, and we love the new system. The door opens and closes quietly. We couldn’t be happier
