Arthur was great, came a little early even for the appointment. Did a great job with the repair and even caught that the side cable was pretty significantly rusted so I'm glad that's taken care of too. Quick, efficient, and a pretty reasonable price as well. Definitely would recommend

Jake was great! He was able to figure out the issue and get it fixed all in the same trip. He even helped me move my heavy ladder so that it doesn’t cause anymore issues with my sensors. Came out on a Sunday and there’s no extra charge for weekends!

Called Dickson Garage Door And Superior Garage Door showed up. Asked if they service Genie told phone sales I want them to program the Genie and add a new external keypad. Operator told me they could do the work, however only half right. When Kevin showed up he did not have any parts ( not even Universal parts to service Genie. He did know how to reprogram the door and existing remotes. For 150.00 he did theat work. Took under 15 minutes and cost 150.00. I think that’s too much, but shame on me for not sending Kevin away and calling someone else.

Called and got same day quoting and service repairs from the specialist at a great price. Mike W. Was great to work with. He swapped both springs and caught/replaced a frayed right side cabling before it could get any worser. Very professional and knowledgeable.

This company appears to have good reviews. I wish I could say the same. I built a pole barn and needed 2 large doors; a gate and my neighbor also wanted a gate quote. I called the office the first time to set up an appointment. They told me to call back when the concrete in the pole barn was poured. After it was completed, I called again and made an appointment for today between 10-12. I called on 5-13-25 to verify my appointment and make sure they were going to call me when they were 30 minutes away so i could meet them there. The office said everything was fine, so I took the morning off of work to attend the meeting. Today, 5-14-25, at 11:15 I get a call from the estimator asking if we are still on for today. I told him I have been waiting for his call. He told me the notes he had said i was going to call. He then tells me he is at another job site and will be at least an hour out. I told him my appointment was between 10-12 and i confirmed the day before. He said sorry. I told him he just lost 2 jobs. Shortly after that, i get a call from the field manager. He apologized and tells me the office sometimes makes mistakes. I asked him what he would think of a company if they cannot even make their appointments on time. What kind of service do they really provide. I also told him that if their office staff is incompetent then maybe they should replace them with better people. He replied, it wasn't his department. This company clearly does not value their customer's time. The field management thinks their office is incompetent. So instead of wasting your time, i would search for a different company. I have owned and operated a service company for 25 years. Your customer service people are your first impression to all customers. It should be first class. Rob

Was dreading to get my garage fixed because of the time and price, decided to call on a Tuesday and they literally came out the next day, got my garage fixed in 45 mins, and the price wasn’t bad. Great company would definitely recommend to friends and family. Their technician Nick was very knowledgeable with all the questions I asked.

Matt was our technician and did great work and the charge was reasonable. He made sure to explain what he did and gave me some additional info around the type of garage system and door we have. I’m happy they were able to get out within 15 hours of me calling in. The only suggestion I have is letting the clients have the ability to see / track where the technicians are. Yes, I did get a message when my technician was on his way however, I was working from home today and waited 16 minutes after the ending time frame quoted and unfortunately, missed some of my meeting so that I could be present during his visit. Will consider again for future needs, but would just appreciate accurate transparency on timeframes.
